I can't figure out if Shock-Viruzz's whip would leave Sir Araknis crumpled on the ground like a spider sprayed with water, or if it would only feel like hitting an elbow on a seatbelt buckle... This is tough, but I'm going to have to say:

Shock-Viruzz' attack depends a lot on what exactly Sir Araknis is - if he his a being covered in metal, then yes, he is toast. If Araknis is animated magically, however, then Shock-Viruzz is in serious trouble. I'm going with the later. Sir Araknis for the win

Tough call....but I think Sir Araknis has more going for him in this round.

Though to the eye, the big Sir looks like an android, I'm suspecting he's more like a Tin Man filled with pure, unadulterated, unchlorinated, unleaded Evil. Electric shock would only singe his chest hairs, if he had chest hairs, and then pith him off like a colonial helmet. And when the big Sir gets pithed, everyone in his way probably gets splayed!

Sir Araknis, cocky from two easy victories, laughs when he sees yet another fleshy creature step before him. He watches the man stomp on a cigar butt before turning to face him. Sir Araknis does not consider fearl and stands ready for battle.
Shock-Viruzz is all too ready himself. He bounds into the arena, ignoring his adoring fans, and struts straight toward his next opponent. He knows all to well that Man is the most dangerous beast of all and holds nor fear for any robot, or flashy light shows pertaining to be magic. He'll defeat the thing like he does anything else, he'll kick its ass. Besides, he's had his world weary eyes on them spurs for a while now, and by hell or high water he's gonna get 'em.
