I think that Thai Cefalopoboxer would move a lot faster then "Snubby".
I image many arms wrapping around Snubby's stubby arms and keeping them from shooting. Then a fuious beating from Thai Cefalopoboxer's free arms.

Snubby at first appeared to lose, but when the final votes were counted it became apparent that he had won by a landslide.
Thai Cefaloboxer disappeared shortly after the match under mysterious circumstances. So did the gambling commissioner and Thai's manager.

Thai Cefalopoboxer has twelve limbs of beatdown, and while Snubby might have twelve bullets to match he can only get off two shots at a time and Octopi can regenerate lost limbs and parts... Snubby is out before he gets off the second shot.

It looks like Snubby guns only shoot in one direction from his sides, and not forward. I think Thai's fancy footwork can easily outmanover Snubby, as he pummels the snot outta him.
