Although Rat Brain is better armed, probably more mobile, and certainly more vicious, I just can't get over the look of determination on that penguin.

The reaper catches up with everyone and, as evidenced by the body sliced in half at the end of the match, Bird Brain is no exception to the rule. Besides, rats are just more devious.

. Quickly the match escalated, it was obvious that Bird Brain’s weakness was his fleshy body and hazardously-fragile glass bubble. Rat-Brain humored the audience, letting the match go on in a physical brawl until he finally unsheathed his scythe. A quick blow to the abdomen with his zombie-like maw, rat-brain sliced at bird brain, sending him to the ground in a shattering display as Bird Brain’s bird was suddenly exposed and covered in broken glass. The penguin driving Bird-Brain was hesitant to touch the controls, he tried brushing the glass off, but by then it was too late; Rat Brain had already descended on him, giving him no chance of retaliation. He reached in with one arm and picked up the Penguin, then proceeded to crush the controls of the Bird Brain body, and dismember it. The ring-leader called the match. Rat Brain had won.
say what you want about that scythe, but that unitard is truely fearsome.

Rat Brain's scythe doesn't look all that sturdy to be a serious threat as a weapon. Plus, Rat himself is totally exposed on top of his death vehicle, making it easy for Bird Brain to grab him and squeeze him into submission.

While Rat Brain certainly seems to be a formidable opponent, I think that Bird Brain has the wits to see him through this round...not to mention the narration of Morgan Freeman.
