It's a close thing but it has to be.... Heartshield!
Heartshield looks 2 dimentional to me, as in flat, like a piece of paper-- it'd be hard to hit him if he is turned sideways. That is a definate advantage in his favor. And that shield is pretty big.
...however, Neuterer IS wielding two sharp axes and lurking around on clawed feet so it is only a matter of time.

You know, I was thinking I'd vote Neuterer, but in these new drawings, I gotta say, he looks way less tough. Like some overgrown bird/terrier with axes. And the knight always kills the hideous monther, right?

Though Heartshield's shield sports a wicked barb at its bottom, I feel like The Neuterer, with his "axes of evil," wants it more this time around.

Being new to the world of FACA I know little of these two fighters history but it is evident these two have clashed before. The Neuterer is all about attack, Heartshirld all about defence. The Neuterer has a wild look in his eyes and the feet of a beast, while Heartshield's stance and steely glare hint at a considered tactical battle plan. Considering this I'd say they were evenly matched but The Neuterer has come out of retirement especially for this fight so perhaps he has thought this through and has something up his sleeve.
I vote The Neuterer.
Neuterer opens with a strong offense, hammering away at the heart shield. Heartshield holds up his defense waiting to retaliate, but defense starts at the feet, and those heels aren't solid enough. The neuterer has developed a style that is both defense and offense. A minute and a half into the match, Heartshield breaks a heel and winds up with way more than hurt feelings.

Heartshield has always looked great but he currently seems to have lost a little of his typical grim, gritted teeth menace. Could it be apprehension? His body posturing may suggest that. Neuterer, on the other hand looks awfully ready to go.

i just watched ROCKY BALBOA the other day, and it got me a lil teary-eyed to see the old "Italian Stalion" come back for his final hoo-rah. that said, the Neuterer looks just as primed and ready to Neuter as i'm guessing he was in his prime. i'd hate to see heartshield's first big victory go to his head.
